what an absolute letdown at this so-called 4-star hotel. dirty towels in the bathroom, and the heating was as absent as the staff's courtesy. I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask for here. I woudl ve been better off sleeping in the lobby, if only it was clean, too.

My family had an excellent stay at Capricorn! The Double Room with Matterhorn View was spacious, clean, and perfectly bright, especially with windows on three sides. We also loved the amazing breakfast spread that included local cheeses and fresh pastries. The mountain views from the balcony were simply breathtaking!
A slight uphill walk.

I loved my stay in the Single Room with Balcony! The bed was super comfy, and having my own balcony to enjoy the views was fantastic. Plus, the bathroom was newly tiled, which made everything feel fresh. I really appreciated the good breakfast selection too. Just wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The spa facilities were modern and pristine, making our family visits particularly enjoyable. The views of the Matterhorn from our room truly took our breath away, and it was lovely to be just a short walk from the charming main street, filled with local shops.
In my wife’s opinion, more attention should be given to the bathroom safety features.
